Service Description. This Site describes Pho, Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, Thai Yellow Curry, Crab Rangoon, Vegetable Egg Rolls, Potstickers, Fried Tofu provided by Hangover Noodles. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://hangovernoodlessacramento.com is the property of Hangover Noodles or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Hangover Noodles reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. Hangover Noodles disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. Hangover Noodles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Hangover Noodles harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.

Modifications. Hangover Noodles may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
